The African American Film
Critics Association hosted a tribute to the Black Women of Bond at the
California African American Museum in Los Angeles this week. The
celebration highlighted some of the actresses who have starred in the
James Bond films. In attendance were Naomie Harris (Moneypenny, Skyfall
and Spectre), Halle Berry (Jinx, Die Another Day), Gloria
Hendry (Rosie Carver, Live And Let Die) and Trina Parks (Thumper,
Diamonds Are Forever). The December cover of Essence Magazine,
featuring Spectre’s Naomie Harris was also unveiled. |
