Daniel Craig and Gemma
Arterton were in London to present awards at the 2009 BAFTA Awards
ceremony held at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden on 8th February.
James Bond star Daniel Craig presented the award for Leading Actress to
Kate Winslet for her performance in The Reader (2008). Gemma
Arterton presented the award for Best Sound to Slumdog Millionaire
(2008). Quantum of Solace was nominated for Best Sound and also for
Special Visual Effects, but lost out in this category to The Curious
Case of Benjamin Button (2008). |
