This golden theme continues through the DB12 Goldfinger Edition’s trim inlays, with exquisite gold fibres woven into the 2x2 Twill Carbon Fibre.

CLASSIC BOND STYLING
The essence of James Bond’s superb sartorial elegance is showcased in the heart of the new super tourer. Driver and passenger Sports Plus seats are trimmed in the original fluted design from the DB5, and adorned with the distinctive Prince of Wales check perforation pattern. This extends to door inserts and headliner, as well as the unique treadplate. All inspired by Bond’s three-piece, mid-grey, Prince of Wales check suit often referred to simply as ‘The Goldfinger Suit’.

DESIGNED TO THRILL
The new DB12 Goldfinger Edition showcases a unique treadplate etched with the intricate Prince of Wales check pattern, and a polished sill plaque. 60 years of Bond’s partnership with Aston Martin, suitably attired, and celebrated.
 

BESPOKE, MULTI-SPOKE
The unique envy-evoking spoked wheels of the original Aston Martin DB5 are now mirrored by the equally unique 21” silver-plated, multi-spoke wheels of the DB12 Goldfinger Edition, complimented by striking black brake calipers.
 

A GOLDEN TOUCH
Like most legendary stars of sixties celluloid, the original Aston Martin DB5 was instantly recognisable from every angle. In part, this was thanks to the iconic Aston Martin side strake, which adorns this DB12. This time, burnished in gold to mark 60 years of Goldfinger fame. Functionally, it draws air from the front wheel arches to reduce lift and enhance stability. Yet its form continues to draw starry-eyed glances from admirers of all ages.

NOTCHED GEAR SELECTOR
In the iconic Goldfinger movie, when leaving the fictitious Royal St. Marks' Golf Club, 007 clamps a magnetised tracker inside the boot of Auric Goldfinger’s vehicle. This iconic tracking device is the inspiration behind the gold-plated etched gear lever. Perfectly weighted and exquisitely styled. A subtle celebration of Q’s legendary inventiveness.
 

007 AND THE 8 OF HEARTS
An eight of hearts, subtly embroidered into the sun visor, will evoke sun-filled Miami memories whenever it is revealed. “That last draw was the eight of hearts …” says Bond girl Jill Masterson as she reclines on a Miami hotel balcony spying on Goldfinger’s unfortunate card game opponent. Bond glides into action, and Goldfinger’s luck at cards takes a turn for the worse. A timeless scene, to be replayed at your leisure. Forever.

The 007-themed DB12 celebrates this iconic 60-year partnership with a series of unique gifts and collectable Aston Martin touches. These include a rare piece of Goldfinger celluloid film, a specially designed car cover, a luxury key box with Silver Birch Speed Form and 1 of 60 golden limited-edition magazines. To further embrace the character there is a bespoke Globetrotter GT suitcase, echoing the design of the iconic DB5 with a Silver Birch exterior casing and Prince of Wales check interior.
