From
April 1979 until December 2005, 007 MAGAZINE was a printed
paper quarterly publication mailed to subscribers in over 40
countries worldwide; during 2006 007 MAGAZINE evolved into
007 MAGAZINE OnLine. Issues #49 and #50 are available
exclusively to subscribers of 007 MAGAZINE OnLine. The
publication of 007 MAGAZINE issue #51 in August 2009 marked the return to
the
printed format.
007 MAGAZINE OnLine contains definitive articles with
photo-packed features, interviews, and many rare and
never-before-published images relating to every conceivable
aspect of the world of James Bond 007 – from Ian Fleming’s
original classic novels into the longest running series of
films in the history of movies, through to the James Bond
‘continuation authors’, and more, much more!
The majority (but not all) of our paper
back issues are now out of
print, making them highly prized acquisitions – and highly
priced James Bond collectables in their own right! (In January
2004, copies were reaching $200 each on the eBay auction
website) Past issues of 007 MAGAZINE have covered each new
James Bond film around the time of its release, and have also
devoted entire issues (sometimes in two parts) to a definitive
look at the films – Thunderball, You Only Live Twice, On
Her Majesty’s Secret Service, Never Say Never Again, Casino
Royale (1967), and Die Another Day.
Issues of 007
MAGAZINE have also featured interviews with 007s George
Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and
Daniel Craig; Moneypennys – Lois Maxwell, Pamela Salem, and
Samantha Bond; Bond Girls Izabella Scorupco, Denise Richards
and Eva Green; Directors Lewis Gilbert, John Glen, and Michael
Apted; Production Designers Ken Adam, Syd Cain, and Peter
Lamont; Bond authors Kingsley Amis (a.k.a. Robert Markham),
John Pearson and John Gardner; and Stunt Arranger Simon Crane.
Many of these exclusive out of print interviews appear in the
007 MAGAZINE
articles archive
section of our website, with many other features in our 007
MAGAZINE Fact Files
area.
Other 007 MAGAZINE articles in the past have included a
detailed look at the Bond villains from both the films and
novels; The Illustrated James Bond – the definitive and
original history of how the 007 character has been visualised
in newspapers, comic strips and book covers from the 1950s
through to the present day – and of course, articles relating
to the man who started the whole James Bond phenomenon –
author Ian Fleming (1908-1964).
With a selection of exclusive interviews and a host of other
fascinating articles, all accompanied by rare and
never-before-seen images appearing inside the 007 MAGAZINE
website, there’s never been a better time to subscribe to the
world’s Number One resource for James Bond fans of all ages –
